Mind Ready Media is led by an experienced clinical psychologist and mental health nurse specialist. Together, we bring over 20 years of experience working within media production environments and more than 40 years of frontline clinical practice.

Along side supporting Media productions, our professional backgrounds include 15 years of military experience, extensive work within criminal justice settings, specialist trauma-informed practice including work within the care system, and a strong focus on neurodiversity. For productions, this means we are well equipped to support contributors and crew in high-pressure, sensitive, and unpredictable situations—calmly, ethically, and without disrupting production flow.

This breadth of experience shapes a genuinely multidisciplinary approach that combines clinical rigour with a deep understanding of production workflows, editorial pressures, and operational constraints.
