MindReady Media is led by an experienced clinical psychologist and mental health nurse specialist. Together, we bring over 20 years of experience working within media production environments and more than 40 years of frontline clinical practice.

Alongside supporting Media productions, our professional backgrounds include 15 years of military experience, extensive work within criminal justice settings, specialist trauma-informed practice including work within the care system, and a strong focus on neurodiversity. For productions, this means we are well equipped to support contributors and crew in high-pressure, sensitive, and unpredictable situations—calmly, ethically, and without disrupting production flow.

This breadth of experience shapes a genuinely multidisciplinary approach that combines clinical rigour with a deep understanding of production workflows, editorial pressures, and operational constraints. Unlike generic wellbeing providers, our service is designed specifically for the realities of media production, enabling practical psychological risk management that supports duty of care while allowing creative work to continue safely and confidently.

I am an HCPC-registered Clinical Psychologist specialising in psychological support for the media and entertainment industry, with extensive experience across broadcast television, documentary filmmaking, healthcare, and private practice.

Why Work With Us?

Supporting people in high-pressure production environments

Media production can be demanding, intense, and emotionally complex. Long hours, fast turnarounds, and challenging content can take a real toll—on contributors, crew, and the teams responsible for their care.

Supporting people, without getting in the way

MindReady Media exists to support the people behind the work and in front of the camera. We provide specialist psychological and mental health support that is practical, discreet, and shaped by a deep understanding of how productions really operate.

Clinically led, human at heart

MindReady Media is led by experienced clinicians with years of frontline experience supporting people through complex and emotionally challenging situations. We bring a multidisciplinary perspective and a calm, compassionate presence to every production we work with.

Psychological safety isn’t about policies alone—it’s about how people feel, day to day

Caring, clinically led psychological support for people working in media.

We work alongside production companies, networks, and broadcasters to support the mental wellbeing of contributors, cast, and crew—before, during, and after production.

Why this matters for productions
